Hyderabad: Sri City-based Mondelez India, known for brands like Cadbury Dairy Milk, Oreo, Bournvita, presented an ambulance (Type C) fully equipped with essential life support facilities, valued at Rs 30 lakh, to the Community Health Centre in Sullurupeta.
The official handover ceremony took place at the office of the District Medical and Health Officer (DM&HO), where Amit Jain, the Plant Director of Mondelez formally handed over the key of the ambulance to Dr Srihari, DM&HO.
Mondelez India in an official release said that the company is committed to strengthening healthcare infrastructure in the region as part of corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Dr Srihari after receiving the donation emphasised on the importance of the ambulance in serving the community during emergencies.
